Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead an Arabic kitchen section in our luxury hotel, Doha. You will prepare authentic Arabic dishes, supervise junior staff, and ensure strict HACCP, hygiene, and presentation standards in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage mise en place, portion control, and stock rotation, while collaborating with the Sous Chef to deliver exceptional breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. 2–3 years experience in 5-star hospitality is required.
