To provide strategic and operational leadership for the property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, operational excellence, and compliance with luxury hospitality standards.

• Lead and oversee all hotel operations, ensuring consistently high luxury service standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Drive guest satisfaction and maintain strong luxury service standards across all departments.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel management team and employees.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, revenue, costs, and overall profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, guests, and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue generation, and guest experience.
• Oversee recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and talent development.
• Represent the property and brand professionally with key stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure the hotel consistently meets or exceeds brand and luxury hospitality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in luxury hotel operations, including significant experience in a General Manager or senior hotel leadership role.
• Strong background in luxury 5-star hotels/resorts.
• Proven experience managing large-scale hotel operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury guest service standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• GCC/Middle East hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Arabic speaker is preferred
