Hotel Manager for Indian Expats

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Hotel Manager to oversee our hotel in Doha. As an Indian expat you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of diverse individuals, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and providing exceptional customer service. • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage and maintenance departments
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training as needed
• Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the hotel
• Create employee schedules and manage payroll expenses within budget
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to attract more guests
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English both written and spoken
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Knowledge of hotel management software such as Opera or Fidelio
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required
