The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Doha is seeking a Reservations professional to oversee accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes, ensuring service standards are met. You will process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, and explain guarantees and policies to callers.
You will input data into the reservation system, respond to challenges, and assist in training and coaching employees to uphold the Gold Standards and exceptional guest service.
