- Manage the daily operations of all assigned F&B outlets, restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, covers, average check, and outlet performance.
- Control food, beverage, labor, inventory, wastage, and operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the F&B team through regular briefings and training.
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure appropriate manpower allocation based on business needs.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Front Office, and other departments.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, requisitions, breakage, wastage, and monthly stocktaking.
- Support F&B promotions, events, banquets, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, brand standards, and cash-handling procedures.
- Review departmental reports and implement corrective actions where required.
- Maintain a professional, safe, and positive working environment for all team members.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Open to candidates currently based in Qatar.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, budgeting, inventory management, and revenue management.
- Good knowledge of food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage, motivate, and develop a multicultural team.
- Proficient in POS systems, TINIS, hotel operating systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent guest service and complaint-handling skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and during peak operational periods.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
