Internship - Food & Beverage

MONDRIAN DOHA is hiring through Hosco in Doha.

From high-octane lobby socialising to events, celebrations, and business conclaves, every venue pulses to the electric Mondrian beat. With food and nightlife venues spread across eight different locations on the property, there is nothing like Mondrian Doha in the entire region.

• Assist the Food & Beverage team in daily operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
• Support service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquets, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare tables, mise-en-place, and service areas to brand standards before each shift.
• Greet and engage with guests, providing attentive service and handling requests with care.
• Learn and apply service standards, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Observe and practice proper handling of food, beverages, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
• Support the team during events, themed nights, and special promotions.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and adapt to different areas within Food & Beverage.
• Provide feedback and share ideas for improving service and guest satisfaction.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
