• Welcome and warmly greet guests creating a positive first impression
• Handle spa reservations appointments and guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Explain and recommend spa treatments services and wellness experiences
• Coordinate appointments with therapists and ensure a smooth guest journey
• Manage guest records payments billing and spa reception procedures accurately
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the Spa Therapist and Supervisor
• Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally escalating when necessary
• Promote spa treatments packages and retail products where appropriate
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa and assist colleagues when required
• Maintain high standards of grooming hygiene and professional appearance
• Follow spa policies procedures and health and safety standards
• Create thoughtful personalized moments that reflect the unique spirit of MGallery
• Embody the MGallery spirit through warm discreet attentive and refined service

• Previous experience in spa reception, front office, or guest services is an asset.
• Good knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, welcoming, and professional personality.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good computer skills and ability to manage reservations and payments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
