Catering Supervisor

Supervise daily catering and food service operations.

Manage and coordinate catering staff and daily work schedules.

Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

Monitor food preparation, portion control, and timely service.

Manage food stocks, inventory, and minimize wastage.

Handle client requirements and resolve service-related issues.

Maintain daily operational and hygiene records.

Ensure compliance with Qatar food safety and HSE requirements.

Previous experience in large-scale, staff, or industrial catering is preferred.

Good communication and leadership skills.

HACCP/Food Safety certification is an advantage.

• Minimum 7+
  years of experience as a Catering Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in Qatar
  .
• Experience in large-scale catering, staff catering, camp catering, hospitality, or industrial catering is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and catering operations.
• Knowledge of Qatar food safety and health regulations
  .
• Good leadership and staff management skills.
• Ability to manage catering operations for a large workforce.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle client requirements and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant food safety/HACCP certification will be preferred.
• Must be familiar with Qatar working environment and local catering practices.
