The Communications Centre Host is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of Communications Centre within the Rooms Division, covering the operators and ordertakers of the hotel.
Qualifications- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office/ reservation/ communication centre experience in an upscale or luxury hotel.
- Excellent verbal skills in English.
- Ability to handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Reserve).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
