Asaya Spa Lounge Team Leader

- Oversee the daily operations of the Asaya Spa Lounge, including scheduling, training, and performance management of the spa staff

- Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding guest expectations

- Maintain a clean and organized spa lounge, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and amenities

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, providing personalized service and addressing any concerns or issues

- Collaborate with other departments to promote and market spa services to guests

- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure all staff are up-to-date on spa services and procedures

- Assist with creating and implementing special promotions and packages to attract new guests and retain current clients

- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the guest experience at the Asaya Spa Lounge

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a spa or hospitality setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Knowledge of spa treatments and services

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Customer service oriented with a strong attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management software

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
