• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide excellent food and beverage service.
• Prepare tables, service areas, lounges, and event spaces according to requirements.
• Ensure all guest and event areas are clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
• Support the preparation and smooth delivery of exhibitions, conferences, private functions, and special events.
• Assist with event set-up, guest reception, service, and post-event clearing.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Monitor supplies, service equipment, and amenities and report replenishment requirements.
• Follow company service standards, grooming requirements, hygiene procedures, and operational guidelines.
