Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel including staff, budgets, and guest satisfaction.
You must possess strong leadership and communication skills to ensure a smooth and successful operation. This position does not include accommodation, so candidates must already be living in Doha or have plans to relocate independently. Salary for this position is $1500 per month.
- Oversee all departments within the hotel including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration
- Create and maintain budgets for each department to ensure profitability
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback and reviews
- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are being met
- Collaborate with sales teams to attract new business opportunities
- Indian national preferred with valid work visa for Qatar
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Excellent English speaking skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Proven track record of maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
- Financial management experience including budget creation and cost control measures
