Our hotel in Doha is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions during the night shift ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This position requires strong mathematical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions including cash handling credit card transactions and room charges
- Verify accuracy of guest folios and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports summarizing transactions and revenue for management review
- Process late check-ins and early check-outs in a timely manner
Assure security of guest information by following proper procedures for handling sensitive data - Respond to guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor hotel systems eg phone lines internet to ensure they are functioning properly
- Indian nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Night Auditor or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software eg Opera
- Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends
Salary 1200$ per month
