We are currently looking for a passionate and service-oriented Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office team and create unforgettable first impressions for our guests.

Duties & Responsbilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Butler team.
- Allocate Butler assignments according to arrivals, departures, VIPs, occupancy, special occasions and guest requirements.
- Ensure all pre arrival preparations are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor the complete guest journey from pre arrival through departure.
- Ensure all guest requests and promised services are followed up and completed.
- Conduct daily briefings covering VIPs, repeat guests, special occasions, guest preferences and operational priorities.
- Ensure smooth shift handovers and accurate communication of outstanding matters.
- Lead, coach and motivate Butler colleagues to achieve consistently high service standards.
- Monitor colleague performance, grooming, presentation and professional conduct.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback and identify training needs.
- Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, In Room Dining, Concierge, Engineering, Security and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Anticipate guest needs through observation, interaction and accurate understanding of guest preferences.
- Ensure VIPs, repeat guests, long staying guests and guests celebrating special occasions receive personalized attention.
- Ensure guest preferences and important information are accurately recorded and updated in the relevant systems.
- Handle guest complaints professionally, taking ownership and ensuring appropriate follow up and service recovery.
- Coordinate special occasions, celebrations and personalized guest experiences.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of The Ned Doha's facilities, restaurants, experiences and services.
- Identify appropriate opportunities to promote hotel facilities and experiences.
- Ensure all Butler services consistently meet Forbes Five Star and LQA standards.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Forbes and LQA requirements and ensure the team consistently applies them.
- Conduct regular service inspections and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support Forbes and LQA assessments, internal inspections and quality audits.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, requests and service recovery information.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury hospitality experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Butler experience within the Middle East is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a five star luxury hotel is mandatory.
- Previous experience working with Forbes Five Star - LQA standards is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
