Hotel Manager; Indian Nationals

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain a professional relationship with all stakeholders, including guests, employees, and suppliers
• Monitor budgets and financial performance of the hotel
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a reputable hotel or resort
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software and financial management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work irregular hours as per business needs
• Indian nationality (preferred)
