Key Responsibilities

* Support front desk check-in procedures.
* Ensure VIP guest personalized service delivery.

* Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and guest handling abilities.
* Excellent problem solving under pressure situations.
* Knowledge of hospitality management software systems.
* Professional appearance with positive customer attitude.
