Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team in Doha. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our hotel, including managing guest accounts and ensuring accurate financial transactions. Your main duties will include reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports for management, and responding to guest inquiries and concerns.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as experience with accounting software and procedures. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working independently during overnight shifts.

• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Process payments and manage guest accounts
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  
  Uphold high levels of customer service at all times
• Prepare breakfast for guests during overnight shift
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
• Follow safety procedures to ensure the security of guests and employees

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role preferred
• Proficient with accounting software (e.g. Quick Books) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to work independently during overnight shifts
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to remain calm in emergency situations

Salary: 1100$ per month (tax-free)
