Night Auditor, Luxury Hotel - Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities- Perform end-of-day accounting procedures and balance all daily transactions
- Verify and post all sales and expenses from various hotel departments
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and other financial data
- Communicate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations during the night shift
- Assist with auditing room rates, charges, and taxes on guest accounts
- Monitor guest accounts for any discrepancies or unpaid balances
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of hotel accounting systems such as Opera or Fidelio is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
