Job Title: Guest Service Officer

Park Hyatt Doha, a sophisticated 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, is seeking a courteous, knowledgeable, and proactive Guest Service Officer
- Concierge to join our Front Office team.
- Act as the key point of contact for guests.
- Deliver personalized service.
- Offer tailored recommendations.
- Ensure each stay is smooth, memorable, and truly exceptional.
Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office within a 5-star hotel is highly preferred.
Skills Required- Proficiency in using property management and guest service systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong local knowledge of Doha's dining, entertainment, and cultural scene
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (Arabic or others) are a strong advantage.
