- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel facilities
- Provide information about hotel services outlets and local attractions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby entrance and luggage storage areas
- Performs shoeshine service picking up shoes from guest room cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
- Complies with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Em Pact
- 1-3 years of experience in related field
- Preferably with Driver s License
- Excellent command in English
- Arabic is an advantage
