- Clean and maintain guest rooms public areas and exterior areas to brand standards ensuring they are well-presented at all times
- Report maintenance defects in guest rooms public areas and back of house through Know Cross
- Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials
- Provide exceptional customer care maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges
- Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required
- Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with good problem-solving abilities
- Physical fitness to stand lift push and pull for extended periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe handling of chemicals
- Proficiency in English additional languages beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and adaptability to challenging situations
