We are seeking a friendly, professional and well-presented Meet & Greet Hostess in Qatar to welcome visitors, provide assistance and guide them to the appropriate departments or personnel. A minimum of three years’ experience in Qatar within the hospitality or healthcare sector is required for this position.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet visitors warmly upon arrival
Guide visitors to the appropriate departments, staff members or service areas
Assist visitors with inquiries and provide clear information
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth visitor experience
Manage visitor registration and maintain records when required
Maintain a professional appearance and a welcoming reception area
Handle visitor requests politely and professionally
RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Qatar within the hospitality or healthcare sector
Previous experience in reception, hospitality or customer service is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, courteous and customer-focused personality
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
Ability to guide visitors professionally and provide excellent customer service
