Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banquet operations or food and beverage service within a hotel or hospitality establishment.

Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Hands-on experience in handling banquet events, weddings, corporate functions, and meetings.

Knowledge of banquet setup, food and beverage service, and guest relations.

Experience in supervising and coordinating banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations.
