- Supervise daily banquet operations and event service.
- Ensure proper setup of banquet halls according to event requirements.
- Brief and assign duties to banquet staff.
- Monitor food and beverage service standards.
- Coordinate with the Banquet Manager and other departments.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory control and banquet equipment handling.
- Prepare event reports and communicate operational concerns to management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banquet operations or food and beverage service within a hotel or hospitality establishment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in handling banquet events, weddings, corporate functions, and meetings.
- Knowledge of banquet setup, food and beverage service, and guest relations.
- Experience in supervising and coordinating banquet staff to ensure smooth event operations.
