Human Resources Officer

HR Officer – with experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, and Holding Companies

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, with a focus on technical and administrative roles in oil & gas and construction sectors.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and corporate governance standards in holding companies.
• Oversee performance management systems, training programs, and succession planning initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, contracts, payroll, leave management, and termination processes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and international standards.
• Support senior management in strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
• Contribute to change management, restructuring, and HR transformation projects when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven HR experience, preferably in oil & gas, construction, or holding company environments.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the region.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluency in Arabic(Preferred) and English (advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse, multicultural teams.
