Frazer Jones is supporting a confidential client in Qatar, to appoint an experienced Business Partner to support the senior corporate leadership team in an exclusive regulated environment. This is a unique opportunity to work within the investment management sector across global markets.
As their Business Partner working within a startup environment, you must be capable and happy to be involved in operational elements as well as having the credibility and gravitas to work with some exceptional industry experts.
The role will partner closely with leadership on performance management, succession planning, workforce governance, employee relations, and people risk ensuring a structured delivery of HR frameworks, data integrity, and audit ready compliance.
The Business Partner must be fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) and hold an undergraduate degree in HR or related discipline, and typically 10+ years of HR experience in senior business partnering or corporate HR roles.
