- Officer HR will be responsible to provide a range of HR Services support to all departments, assist the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and act as a primary contact for Line Manager and employees across all people matters.
- Maintain employee files (manual and electronic (scan) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide a range of HR Services support to all Amiri Flight departments and assist the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Work closely with all Employees in a consultancy role, assisting Line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Responsible for keeping all records for the entire employment cycle (sourcing, recruitment, selection in conjunction with Recruitment Officers, onboarding, performance management, progression, separation) in compliance with the applicable Government laws and HR policies.
- Preparing day-to-day memos and letters related to Resignation, Termination, retirement, promotion, salary increment or any general requests concerning employees, and processing for approvals and taking appropriate actions.
- Arranging joining ticket requests, repatriation ticket and cargo during Employees’ separation.
- Update, maintain and administer all types of leave records in the HR system.
- Ensure that employees records are up to date in HRMS system and other HR related support systems.
- Responsible for the administration of employment records and related documents including terms of employment, contract renewals, probation reports, end of employment letters, termination and clearance check list, employer records and files and ensure that it complies with HR policies.
- Coordination with Payroll, Recruitment, Immigration and other stakeholders.
- Represent HR for Investigation meetings and responsible for the preparation of minutes, statements and reports. Preparation of complex written material including witness statements, interview notes, decision logs and final investigation report to ensure professional credible and evidenced standards as well as compliance of HR policies.
- Act as a first point of contact in HR between employees and management to provide assistance for their welfare and as and when required address employee related issues to the management and provide necessary advice as applicable.
- Respond to employees on HR policy and procedure related queries.
- Monitor employee’s attendance and related queries and required actions as per HR policy.
- Preparing Purchase Requests (Business cards or any general request).
- Responsible for updating required data of the files for uploading Government Portal.
- Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum three (3) years of job related experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken is essential for this role.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
- High level of sensitivity and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Law and Qatar Labour Law.
