Payroll Specialist

Overview

Jaidah Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist
. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, confidentiality, and operational excellence.

• Overseeing and executing end‑to‑end payroll operations
• Ensuring payroll accuracy and timely processing
• Preparing monthly payroll reports, reconciliations
• Maintaining and updating employee payroll records
• Preparing payroll‑related financial reports, audits, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Coordinating closely with HR and Finance to streamline processes
• Handling employee payroll inquiries

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in payroll
• Knowledge of SAP, Incasea, and general accounting principles is highly preferable
• Strong understanding of payroll procedures and best practices
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
