Overview

- Ensure HR practices support business growth and organizational culture
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal personnel
- Define job roles, responsibilities, and competency requirements
- Identify, attract, and hire suitable candidates for each role
- Design and manage employee training and development programs
- Maintain up-to-date and relevant internship programs
- Organize and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills
- Align learning initiatives with company goals and performance needs
- Ensure employee health, safety, and welfare
- Handle employee grievances and complaints confidentially and professionally
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Support managers with performance improvement initiatives
- Manage employee leave and attendance records
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Maintain workplace discipline and code of conduct
- Monitor and manage conflicts of interest
- Oversee onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Manage off boarding and exit procedures
- Implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover
- Manage payroll processes accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal guidelines
- Proficiency in HRIS software and HR tools
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, policies, and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong change management and organizational skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- At least 2 years in a senior or managerial HR role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Science, or a related field
- CIPD certification is an added advantage
