The HR Manager - Admin plays a pivotal role in overseeing human resources operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes across the organization. This position will enhance employee engagement, streamline recruitment efforts, and manage the operational aspects of HR to support company growth. By fostering a positive workplace environment and implementing effective HR strategies, the HR Manager will contribute significantly to achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to streamline administrative functions.
- Oversee recruitment processes from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a positive work culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and develop strategies to improve employee retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and strategic workforce planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in human resources management and administration.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
