A leading organization in Qatar is seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to drive HR strategies and manage the overall HR operations. The candidate must have over 8 years of HR experience, including leadership and team management skills. Key responsibilities include developing training programs, consulting on HR issues, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree and experience with HRIS and process improvement methodologies.

This role also requires knowledge of SAP ERP and GCC experience is preferred.
