Estithmarholding is seeking a strategic and results-driven Cluster HR Director to lead the human capital agenda across multiple business units. The role is contracted under Estithmar Holding and will drive HR transformation, organizational effectiveness, and leadership capability in alignment with group strategy and growth objectives.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping people strategy, strengthening culture, and ensuring best-in-class HR operations across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute cluster-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Lead talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management frameworks
  • Drive employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate governance standards
  • Oversee HR operations including policies, systems, rewards, and analytics
  • Lead and mentor HR Business Partners across multiple entities
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employer branding initiatives
  • Manage HR budgets and optimize workforce productivity
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 12–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in diversified or group structures
  • Proven experience leading HR across multiple business units or a cluster environment
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, organizational development, and change management
  • Experience working within Qatar or GCC markets is highly preferred
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
