Christian Dior Couture is seeking an HR Intern to support the Human Resources function across our retail network in Qatar. This role offers structured exposure to HR operations within a luxury Maison, working closely with the Senior HR Manager on people processes, reporting, and employee lifecycle management.
Job responsibilitiesHR Operations and Employee Lifecycle
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance
- Prepare HR letters and official communications
- Maintain employee files, both digital and physical, in line with internal standards
- Monitor probation confirmations, contract renewals, and mobility updates
- Ensure HR trackers are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare structured interview packs and evaluation templates
- Ensure smooth scheduling and follow up
- Maintain updated recruitment progress reports
- Support preparation of monthly HR reports and management presentations
- Assist in analyzing workforce data and identifying trends
- Support preparation of workshop materials and internal HR presentations
- Assist in organizing HR initiatives and focus groups
- Contribute to at least one independent HR project during the internship
- University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Structured, detail oriented, and organized
- Discreet and comfortable handling confidential information
- Professional communication skills in English
- Direct exposure to HR leadership in a luxury retail environment
- Hands on experience in analytics and employee lifecycle management
- Participation in strategic HR discussions and initiatives
