. This full‑time internship will immerse you in real‑world recruitment functions within a high‑performance consulting environment. You will work closely with experienced recruiters on live assignments across a variety of sectors and geographies. Interns will be given an opportunity to manage the end‑to‑end full cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement.
This internship is an opportunity for aspiring HR professionals and graduates looking to enter the Talent Acquisition field to gain hands‑on experience from both a consulting perspective and a corporate recruitment lens
. Interns will learn how recruitment works at a strategic level, understand client expectations, and leverage existing tools and techniques, and develop bespoke tools to succeed in the staffing industry. You will get to see the difference and outcomes instantly in your day‑to‑day work and accomplishment.
The internship duration ranges between 08 to 16 months
, depending on your performance, learning curve, and business needs. Exceptional interns may be offered permanent, temporary, contract roles based on merit.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will:
Be exposed to sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding of candidates across various job levels—from entry‑level to executive leadership.
Work on mandates from industries such as IT, Healthcare, Government, Finance, and Engineering.
Gain hands‑on experience using professional recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and databases.
Face and learn to overcome practical challenges in staffing and executive search.
Receive structured training and mentorship from seasoned consultants.
Contribute meaningfully to actual client engagements and talent pipelines.
