Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition specialist throughout the end-to-end recruitment processes
- Approach shortlisted candidates by emails and phone calls
- Update candidates’ information sheet
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with line managers
- Document interview results
- Draft job offers and communicate/follow up with successful candidates
- Send regret emails to unsuccessful candidates
- Update recruitment progress sheet
- Collect necessary documents for visa processing and coordinate with personnel section
- Diploma in Business Administration, HR or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same post
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft applications
