As an HR Executive at Qatar Airways, you will be responsible for delivering effective human resource services and support across departments. The role demands strategic thinking, hands‑on administration, and a strong understanding of HR operations in a multinational work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute day‑to‑day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and policy compliance
- Support departmental heads with workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational changes
- Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy of personnel data in HRMS (SAP or similar systems)
- Assist in implementing performance management and appraisal systems
- Provide guidance on employment law and HR best practices in accordance with Qatar’s labor laws
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for internal mobility and external hiring
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and statistical analysis for management review
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience- Minimum 1–2 years of HR generalist or executive‑level experience
- Experience in a multinational or aviation environment is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Language: Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage

Salary and BenefitsMonthly Salary: QAR 10,000 – QAR 14,000 (tax‑free, depending on experience)
