Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Possess relevant HR certifications, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, to demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role, with experience in a fast-paced environment.
