PRO; Public Relations Officer

We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable PRO (Public Relations Officer) to join our supermarket and retail operations team in Qatar.

• Handle all government‑related procedures and company documentation
• Process employment visas, QID renewals, labor cards, and other official requirements
• Coordinate with immigration, labor offices, municipalities, and other government departments
• Ensure company licenses, permits, and legal documents are renewed on time
• Maintain employee records and organize company documentation properly
• Support HR and administration teams with staff‑related processes
• Prepare official letters, applications, and government submissions when required
• Keep track of updates related to Qatar labor laws and government procedures
• Support management with administrative coordination and external communication

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO in Qatar
• Previous supermarket or retail industry experience will be an advantage
• Must have a valid QID and transferable NOC
• Good understanding of Qatar labor and immigration procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge and documentation handling experience
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
