- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns in line with approved manpower plans and staff requisitions
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes including advertising, screening, testing, interviewing, and selection
- Develop and deliver talent acquisition plans, recruitment drives, and career fair campaigns
- Source candidates through multiple channels and agencies to build strong talent pipelines
- Personally assess candidate competence, motivation, cultural fit, and readiness for hire
- Present qualified shortlists and talent pools to hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Support onboarding, joining, and induction processes in alignment with employer branding standards
- Monitor and manage service delivery of third‑party recruitment suppliers against agreed SLAs
- Produce regular recruitment performance reports, candidate progress updates, and success metrics
- Coach hiring managers on best practice recruitment and interview techniques
- Continuously review and improve recruitment methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality of hire
- Support development and application of psychometric and behavioral assessment tools
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- High School Qualification or Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment campaigns, and candidate assessment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Experience working in multicultural and fast‑paced environments
- Knowledge of HR systems, recruitment platforms, and interviewing methodologies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight timelines, and meet recruitment targets
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment
