- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles while meeting quality of hire, time to hire, and cost targets
- Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights, role definition guidance, and sourcing strategies
- Lead recruitment for senior and executive roles as agreed with Talent Acquisition leadership
- Apply best practice selection methods and coach hiring managers on interview and assessment processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarding, HR, and business stakeholders
- Personally assess candidate capability, cultural fit, and motivation to build strong talent pipelines
- Integrate recruitment activity with workforce planning across functions and subsidiaries
- Track and report recruitment metrics including attrition, quality of hire, start dates, and satisfaction
- Provide data‑driven insights to inform continuous improvement and strategic planning
- Lead assigned Talent Acquisition projects including scope, risk, and stakeholder management
- Analyze process performance and recommend behavioral and operational improvements
- High school, vocational qualification, or diploma with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment in a complex organization
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building capability
- Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and market research techniques
- Experience analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
- Data analytics and BI exposure preferred
- Ability to influence at all organizational levels, including senior leadership
- Adaptable, resilient, and results‑driven in a fast‑changing environment
- Strong understanding of organizational strategy, challenges, and talent needs
- Strategic role influencing workforce outcomes across a global organization
