We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, documentation, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with prior experience in HR or manpower operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage HR operations, employee records, and documentation.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports while ensuring data accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office; HRMS experience preferred.
