HR Coordinator
You will be responsible for assisting the Department to achieve department objectives and company goals in a timely efficient manner.
Responsibilities- Keep accurate records, review information, consolidate reports and take action where necessary.
- Maintain and update new joiner tracker.
- Conduct exit interview for store and H.O. Employees who resign, up to grade 9 and grade 10-12 where applicable.
- Maintain an exit interview tracker and support Area Human Resources Manager in conducting a detailed exit analysis.
- Support Area Human Resources Manager with the Annual Merit Review process by regularly following up with the teams to meet deadlines, consolidating the information and carrying out sanity checks to ensure an efficient delivery.
- Support the Area Human Resources Manager by maintaining and updating the AOR for the team for the annual incentive and carrying out sanity checks to ensure an efficient delivery.
- Arrange, compile and distribute induction for new management recruits into the Business; monitor the flow of inductees programme, communicating all changes to recruits and relevant internal departmental representatives.
- Ensure allocation of workstation and necessary arrangements.
- Maintain and collate the completed performance appraisal forms and summary sheets for respective divisions.
- Maintain and collate scorecards and succession planning information for respective divisions.
- Provide constant administrative support to the respective Area Human Resources Manager.
- Maintain and update the AOR for EPAFs.
- Minimum 2 years coordination experience in a large commercial organisation within HR.
- Customer care experience and good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with MS Office.
