Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive recruitment reporting catalogue supporting Talent Acquisition strategy and operations
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into actionable analytics
  • Design and deliver dashboards that visualize recruitment KPIs, trends, and performance metrics
  • Analyze hiring data to identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Continuously enhance reporting processes, tools, and data workflows for accuracy and efficiency
  • Evaluate and support transitions to improved reporting platforms in collaboration with IT and HR analytics teams
  • Ensure data integrity through validation, governance, and quality control practices
  • Integrate data from multiple systems to provide a unified view of recruitment performance
  • Lead data-driven transformation initiatives aimed at improving productivity and reducing costs
  • Coordinate testing, rollout, and adoption of new reporting features
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users of reporting tools
  • Mentor and guide team members within the Talent Acquisition systems and analytics function
Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
  • Strong expertise in Power BI and Tableau
  • Ability to independently manage complex analytics projects
  • Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition and HR processes
  • Advanced analytical, planning, and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and CRM platforms such as Taleo, Workday, Success Factors, Greenhouse, or iCIMS preferred
