We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment aligned with client or business needs
, ensuring timely and high-quality hires. - Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Lead and support key HR initiatives including engagement, diversity & inclusion, and culture-building.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR risks.
- Collaborate with different departments for smooth delivery of HR services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels.
