Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Comply with MOPH procedures and assist staff regarding Qatar Dataflow, Prometric exam, Evaluation, and Medical License requirements.
- Maintain employee records with precision, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legal and MOPH requirements.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations to integrate employees into the company culture.
- Administer benefit programs and assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Experience in a Hospital or Clinic HR department.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, MOPH healthcare regulations, and Wage Protection System (WPS).
- Good knowledge of MOI works.
