Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries, scheduling interviews and facilitating onboarding logistics with precision.
- Meticulously manage candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, building a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit and salary expectations, presenting a compelling employer brand.
- Coordinate and schedule complex interview loops, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, clearly communicating compensation, benefits and start dates, and managing the negotiation process with professionalism.
- Assist with the pre-employment screening process, including background checks and reference verification, to ensure candidate suitability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies by gathering candidate feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor, representing our organization with integrity and enthusiasm to all potential hires.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration, preferably within a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is essential for efficient candidate management.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to juggle multiple requisitions and candidate interactions simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate job opportunities and engage diverse candidate pools.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and offer preparation.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with candidates, fostering a positive and inclusive recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques on platforms like Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
- Proactive and self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
