As the organisation continues its expansion, it is investing in building a world‑class talent acquisition function capable of attracting highly specialised medical, clinical, and corporate professionals from regional and international markets.
The RoleThe Recruitment Director will lead the organisation’s end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy across all business divisions. The role will oversee workforce planning, employer branding, executive hiring, physician recruitment, international sourcing, recruitment operations, and recruitment technology. Working closely with business leaders, the Recruitment Director will ensure hiring strategies support the organisation’s ambitious growth plans while improving candidate experience, reducing time‑to‑hire, and strengthening the employer brand.
The role will also lead recruitment teams, external search partners, and workforce analytics initiatives.
Candidates should possess substantial leadership experience managing high‑volume and executive recruitment functions within healthcare, hospitality, aviation, or other complex service industries. Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, international recruitment, executive search, and employer branding is essential. Experience building recruitment centres of excellence and leading large recruitment teams within the GCC is highly desirable. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
