Foreground Consultancy is seeking a Recruitment Director to lead the talent acquisition strategy within one of Qatar’s leading healthcare groups. This role will involve overseeing workforce planning, employer branding, and executive hiring. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing recruitment functions across healthcare and other complex service industries.

The Recruitment Director will work closely with business leaders to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire while strengthening the employer brand. Experience with in the GCC is highly desirable.
