Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people‑focused team member to help attract, engage, and hire talented individuals who will bring our unique hospitality experience to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a key role in driving the hotel’s recruitment strategy while partnering closely with department leaders to identify and hire exceptional talent. You will ensure every candidate experiences a professional, welcoming, and seamless recruitment journey.

  • Managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process across hotel departments.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating assessments throughout the hiring process.
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
  • Promoting the hotel’s employer brand to attract top hospitality talent.
  • Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Monitoring recruitment metrics and preparing hiring reports.
  • Supporting recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and hotel open days.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within luxury hospitality or hotels.
  • Experience supervising or supporting a recruitment team.
  • Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions‑focused approach.
  • Confidence managing multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and finding great people.
