Position: People & Culture Coordinator at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group

People & Culture Coordinator

Mandarin Oriental, Doha is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. This full‑time, on‑site position offers opportunities for career growth.

About the role

Based in the People & Culture Department, the Coordinator will be responsible for comprehensive coverage of the hotel’s personnel administration, ensuring reliable and confidential support, and maintaining rapport with colleagues. The role reports to the Director of People & Culture.

Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic, open communication and ensure reliability and confidentiality.
  • Complete day‑to‑day personnel administration in response to requests and action plans.
  • Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with all colleagues.
  • Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Project a positive, motivated attitude and calm demeanor.
  • Ensure all colleagues understand and adhere to the hotel’s Colleagues Rules & Regulations.
  • Communicate and implement all in‑house rules and regulations to colleagues.
  • Carry out all People & Culture administration procedures in accordance with hotel legal requirements.
  • Support the Director of People & Culture / Manager in the efficient running of the People & Culture Division, ensuring policies and procedures in the Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a 5‑star hotel environment (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or related administrative role.
  • Vocational Diploma in Hospitality Operations or Human Resources, Degree or Higher National Diploma equivalent in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management or Human Resources.
